Poacher's People

So many people have helped us to achieve our aim of developing interesting beverages that can be mixed or enjoyed on their own. We thank them for their input, their dedication and their continuing support for our growing drinks business.

Say hello to some of the amazing local food producers we have been so blessed to work with for our premium Irish mixers.

Philip Dunne, The Garden of Eden Farm in County Meath. This is where we source the thyme and rosemary for our tonic waters.

Rodd & Julie Calder Potts, Highbank Orchard in County Kilkenny. Their organic Irish apples provide an incredible addition to our ginger ale as it brings a natural sweetness and incredible tannin.

And finally, a little something about us. We’re just three lads, each with different backgrounds who came together for a common cause of making mixers matter.

We believe in taking our ideas forward and innovation is at the core of our DNA. Look out for more exciting products to be released in 2018. In the meantime enjoy these signature suggestions. We have only just started…

The Long Bramble

Without doubt a drink for the autumn and winter months, the classic bramble cocktail served with Blackwater No.5 Gin and our Classic tonic water. A must for any festive occasion to bring colour and taste to the party.

The Spiced Whiskey & Ginger

Take your favourite Irish Whiskey serve it with Poacher’s Ginger Ale and ice. Add a slice of natural ginger and black peppercorns as a garnish.

Seedlip Spice and Poacher's Classic Tonic

For the ultimate non-alcoholic long drink this winter try our Classic Tonic Water with Seedlip Spice 94. A non-alcoholic spirit made with gin botanicals, but definitely not a gin. The predominant flavour is clove as opposed to juniper with a woody allspice background. If you are driving, pregnant or simply hungover from the night before, you have to try this.
